Title: The world: A good place or a bad place?

I will do my best to claim that the world is a good place. At it's core it will always be and has always been a good place. I try to convince myself of this, and I pitty all that do not.

But the truth is not as simple.
Reality is not always beautiful.
Justice can be both good and bad.

While we may try to do good, to fight for the right things, to enforce our own justice onto others. Are we really doing the right thing?

All food for thought, but not nearly as moving as the first chapter of a new book called The Forever War.

Well, there's usually two sides, bad or good. I don't know how someone judges that someone is good or bad, cause we all have done something "bad" in our lives. Does it mean that we are bad? How do you know if you're good or bad? Yeah, we think murderers, rapists, sexual predators, robbers, burglars, etc. are all bad. But how do we truly know if they actually are evil? It kind of depends on severity of what they have done. Evil is someone that would kill themselves to kill more people, like suicide bombers, and those hi-jackers in 9-11.

This world is full of evil, yet there is some good in this world. So it's hard to know whether you're good or bad. Some people think they're "bad" just because they skipped a day of school, or didn't go to mass. But really are you evil for just doing that?
