how do i upload as pips so when i go to admin Cp it shows up in pips?

You can upload pips by clicking on the User Title/Ranks link in your admin control panel. If you scroll down a tiny bit you'll find the "Upload a pip" heading, where you can choose files from your computer to upload.

Once you have a an image uploaded you can do a few things with it. You can use the settings on the Title/Ranks page to apply them to specific user groups when they reach a certain number of posts, or you can head to the Manage User Groups section of your admin control panel to apply them to a specific user group manually.

Simply click the "Edit" link of the group you wish to apply the new icon to, and then find the "Group Icon" option. From the drop down menu select your recently uploaded image. Save these changes to apply your new settings.
