I have a program called gimp,and I'l be happy to make banners for people.

I can add light effects,glow effects,color effects (like make a blue light effect),ripple effects,whirl effects,lens effects,nd more (I can't list them all,though).

as u like but my website color is pink and black it soo the banner must match to my skin on the banner u have to write (welcome to iqbal khan forum )
