i make a forum, and on the invision site it says they have invision board 2.2 and all this crap. But when i make a forum, it says i only have invision board 1.3??????????

IPB is Paid Software. Invisionfree is a heavily modified version of IPB 1.3

Do you guys all; pay for the good ones for your forums, or just use the crap one?

I have one I pay for! But its a big forum with lots of members and lots of activity.

I use 1.3. Works fine. :)

I actually don't like the paid versions.

The paid versions have better "stuff" for users. But I think 1.3 is fine.

Well if I had not had so many members and so many photos I would not have paid for it! LOL

But it works better with everything I have on it!
