I think, both, because both gender's have their fair amount of 'stress'.

Working woamn most, then working men, then mothers, then fathers...

I voted both but I think;

Women who work and manage a household/kids, Men who work and come home to children and wife, single mom with kids, single dad with kids.

Men: work
Women: harder puberty, work, childbirth, take care of house/children.... I think it goes with women

Honestly, it depends on the person. Relationship-wise, my mom's best friend who lives in Jacksonville, Florida, works full time in nursing, while her husband is a "stay-at-home husband". She is often called during the middle of the night to go to work. For her, sleep is a luxury that she often cannot afford. I am sure this is much more stressful than her husband's lifestyle. They have no children.

My godmother, on the other hand, stays at home, but she works hard around the house to keep it clean, as well as to take care of her three children. Her husband works very hard as well, with a full-time job.

Like I said, it depends on the person and their chosen lifestyle. In my opinion, neither gender is forced to do anything based only on their gender.
