Title: Do Men or Women have an easier time?

J-Man. - August 26, 2005 08:57 PM (GMT)
My reasoning here.

I can't really decide one or the other, so I picked "Both equally hard".

Men once the later time in life comes around. Women go through pregnancy and stuff like that.

Both equally hard, no two people have the same experiences in life.. Whether it be good/bad. But if you're talking about normal everyday things ie, work, marriage, children.. I'd think Women firstly.. But i guess thats not so true. I say equally.

Totaly depends. Although woman have more trouble getting a job sometimes. (it's sad but true) and they have to be pregnant and all.

doggiejazz28 - September 12, 2005 12:26 AM (GMT)
I think women, as they have to be pregnant.

Gerjen - September 12, 2005 07:20 AM (GMT)
wait... i picked woman have a harder time, but i voted woman... Doh! XD

Men, women give birth...

FoulShooter101 - October 23, 2005 12:39 AM (GMT)
They both have their tough things and easy things.

Could you elaborate please?

I think men have an easier time in life. Yeah woman get pregnant, but they also get judged. All the names, whore, hooker, slut, prostitute... Guys get compliments, playa, pimp... It comforts a man sometimes, but it definitely doesn't comfort the women judged. So I'd say the men have an easier time.

Also, it's true about the jobs. Plus they don't even have pro sports. Sure you've got WNBA, but that's one thing. I say put in pro Softball (which they have but isn't exactly... popular).

Please note that I'm not a natural english speaker, so there may be some problems in the text bellow.

I think that in the end, both have equally hard lives. It is a very broaden analisys because each person is unique and only he/she really knows the hardships he had to overcome, but I think that in the end men and women suffer a similar amount. True, the kinds of hardships they have to surpass are different, and some are usually considered 'heavier' or 'worse' by the majority. But I think that different problems have different effects over different people. In other words I think that one problem that may be 'superficial' or 'small' for someone may be a great problem for someone else. It is because of this I think that life overall has the same 'difficulty' for men in woman, because the very concept of 'easier' and 'harder' life is relative.

Great job White Nutz :P Very well put

Statistically speaking, men have it harder. Men actually, on average, die a few years earlier, due to the stress of being the dominant in a relationship. But I don't like gender stereotyping, or sexists that think men have to earn the money while women have to clean and cook.

Although, women on average have a smaller income than men do. Hopefully this will change. Matter-of-factly, both my parents work full time. I along with my two older sisters cook and clean. <_<

I can only hope that women have it easier, but I doubt that's always the case.

TBH I think this is an unfair question and it really depends on the relationship.

Jennifer - November 26, 2005 03:08 AM (GMT)
Women have it harder. Most women choose to give birth, manage a household, caring for children, doing housework, and addressing bills. The man in most cases just goes to work, and maybe assists around the house.

Bill - November 26, 2005 05:08 PM (GMT)
Some men have it harder compared to most women. It depends on the situation involved.

Exactly, except for that in todays society it is hard to make generalizations like this. There is just too much diversity to make assumptions.

KudarMubat15 - January 5, 2006 01:23 PM (GMT)
I think they are both about equal.

"the man just goes to work"

Going to work is no big deal? It's easy stuff right?

what ever you may think the average man does, if you don't like the way a man does what he does, then don't get involved with him. ;)

Metal_GunBlade - January 21, 2006 06:06 PM (GMT)
If I could choose more than one, I would've chosen the last 2 options, because evernthough women suffer pregnancy and all that (lots of pain), men are forced to work every day and bear the sillyness of this and that, you know stuff that give a guy a huge headache... plus a guy must take a bath twice a day because his body sweats and smells twice as bad as a woman's...
